Colt McCoy will throw for over 200 yards and toss in 2 td passes. He will throw no interceptions as the Browns win 17-14.

After the game, he will crouch in front of a mirror naked and slowly start to rise. He will then spend the rest of day walking around like a cyborg.

Phil Dawson nails 5 FG's. McCoy tosses 2 TD's to Greg Little. 29 points.

Browns Win = 29-24

5 FG = 15 points
2 TD's plus the XP's = 14

29 points. Although I don't think there is any way we score that much. 20 would amaze me.

Well we have to have some type of special teams lapses this week. Why not it be 2 missed PAT's this time. :chuckles:

27 it is!

Will he sip an EAS and declare, "Now I'm done." ?

Just watch them go out and throw up a 30 spot this weekend. Since nobody sees it coming, it's bound to happen.

San Francisco is 5th in the league at rush defense in the yards per attempt category. They only allow 3.6 yards per carry but have only played a few teams who are committed to the run. They're 22nd in pass defense. Seems like teams elect to pass on them. We don't have that luxury, so we'll see how good their run defense really is this week.

49ers 24
Browns 9

Another week without a TD. This time maybe it'll sink in that our offense needs to fucking change personnel (Moore, Norwood, Mitchell) since we don't have the SeaSucks to bail us out.

Much of the same, 3ypc from the backs, short dinky dunk throws that are jumped and Colt throws 2 picks. One on our side of the field that results in a SF TD and one when we're at about on their 40 yard line.

I think the most excited portion of the afternoon comes after the game when Jim Harbaugh ball tags Shurmur when they meet at midfield and Harbaugh bellows "O'DOYLE RULES".

Pat Shurmur after the game...

Pat Shurmur said:
"I think we battled today. I think the guys came out and played their tails off. We just went up against a good football team today. We're just a young team, with a lockout shortened offseason. A new system. San Francisco hired Jim on January 7th, I was hired January 13th. I think those 6 days were crucial to their success and implementing their system. How about Phil Dawson though? 3 field goals after the 3 hour time change, guys a warrior."

I'll predict that Colt McCoy throws for under 220 yards and throws no more than one TD and continues to look like garbage.

I won my bet last week. You in?

$10 to RCF on McCoy beating your line this week.

$10 to RCF on McCoy beating your line this week.

Sounds good. I set that up with the expectation that I lose if he beats both the yards AND TD's and I win if he misses either one or both. We're in agreement on this, yes?

Browns 20
49ers 24

McCoy is 21 of 30 for 180 yds with 1 Td and 1 INT
Hillis: 22 touches for 110 combined yards. 18 rushes for 80 yards and 4 receptions for 30 yards

Browns get 1 turnover that sets them up for a scoring drive
Browns special teams let them down again and account for 7 of SF's 24 pts.

I was thinking I'd take the victory on McCoy breaking either benchmark, but how about if one is broken and the other is not, we each put up $5 and call it a tie?
