LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Now that LBJ is back, not only will we sell out every game, but we will be there atleast 10 minutes before every tipoff.

I think the reason LBJ stopped doing the chalk toss was that it was embarassing to do it in front of a half empty stadium. In Cleveland, the place will be packed every night at tip.

Spot on.

The chalk-toss will definitely recommence beginning the first home game going forward.

I love seeing LeBetard and his buddies cry. The sheer arrogance from him and Bomani Jones was infuriating during this off-season. I hope LeBron gets showered with boos and lights them up for 45 in a 30 point blowout

"No doubt we lost a great player," Riley said of losing James. "I don't get hurt. ... The hurt didn't last long. We picked up the phone and went to work. Sometimes, things happen that you don't like, but you have to move on. I feel really good about where we are right now at this moment. I feel we are up to the challenge and will be as competitive as anyone in the Eastern Conference."

So you do get hurt?

Anybody else have random surges of excitement realizing that LeBron actually came back? I still can barely believe it.

Does anyone have a link to the Lebron/Preacher/Forgiveness video? It was taken down after Lebron announced he was coming home. WTF?

You know what I was just thinking? When we won the lottery this year, this put into perspective just how ridiculously unlikely our luck (?) actually was:

One quick Google search of crazy odds highlights how lucky the Cavs have been during this recent run.

There's a better chance of going outside and finding a four-leaf clover on the first try (1 in 10,000).

A person has a better shot of getting struck by lightning (1 in 3,000).

There are better odds of bowling a 300 game (1 in 11,500).

Ever try to guess a four-digit lock combination on the first try? Well, you have better odds of doing that (1 in 10,000) than the Cavs winning the lottery three times in four years.

Someone drowning in a tub is more likely (1 in 9,377). So, too, is an injury caused by a toilet (1 in 10,000).

I wonder now, if someone mathematical was to revisit these odds, how likely would it be that in the 3 years following the season we set the longest losing streak in sporting history, we'd have 3 #1 overall picks, LeBron James & [possibly] Kevin Love on our team in 2014/2015?

Really is un-freaking-believable still..

Every morning while scrubbing my ass in the shower to be honest. It's becoming a daily ritual now.

Maybe they're just editing it to change the #6 to #23 in that video? :chuckles:

No way, he needs to form chemistry with other guys on the team. Chemistry is a big plus, and he needs to get in his rhythm and timing to start the season.

Agree, which is also why the idea of "allowing the Love trade talks to drag out until the deadline" is ridiculous IMHO. We started a short "new streak" in place of our long winning streak as soon as we got Jamo in 2010, and we struggled to ever consistently adjust to him being in the lineup.

When the announcement was made that Lebron was coming back, did anyone else start sobbing like a woman in their home office, call their Dad in tears, open up their bottle of Blue Label that they'd been saving for a special occasion, and get so piss drunk that they woke up in a kyrie irving jersey and a pair of sperrys, on their couch spooning their 11 year old Chihuahua?

err...

......

Do you guys think LeBron will be a good fit on the team?

It was essentially this song on repeat for about 3 hours. I even went and learned how to play the song on my instrument in the process.

A lot of dancing. Pure celebration.

But I hope the celebration doesn't stop there.
