What are they spraying in the sky?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I know this all sounds crazy, trust me I know. I'm only trying to educate myself and talk to others who have also been wondering what the hell is going on.

I really started to wonder when my whole family in Ohio got sick a few weeks back with respiratory infections and flu like symptoms. Then a bunch of people around me in Missouri started getting sick with the same things. This past Sunday I noticed chemtrails all over the sky, it was nonstop all day it seemed. Monday I woke up with a respiratory infection, flu like symptoms...just seemed odd to me. I wondered a little more what was going on in the sky, turned to google and fell down a rabbit hole. Long story short, many people believe that whatever is being sprayed is making people sick, I'm now one of those people. My instinct is to tell as many people as I can, spread the word that maybe there is something bigger going on.

Found some compelling evidence from your city of residence Goldin - look at the below photo... wheel formation!!!!

Deeply saddened that after 6 years of cautious posting on this board, the above reply was my 500th post.

A little bit of drizzle and a hurricane are two different entities. Water needs a particulate to attach itself to. Clouds are actually dust with water on them... without the dust its harder to form the water droplets. Comparing cloud generation to a hurricane is like comparing a sprinkler to the Niagara Falls.

:chuckles:

No worries Caf, I'm pulling out some "gotcha journalism" by pinpointing one statement you made to troll the thread. My point was that we, as humans, can do things to alter weather... Its not as far fetched as you might think. Now, just how much we can purposely alter it and whether we're able to do those things on a grand scale is arguable. It is worth pointing out, though, that governments have been experimenting with weather manipulation for decades. Its no so far-fetched for me to think that the possibility exists that an effective form of this technology does exist, and simply hasn't made its way into the general public's conscience.

Disclaimer: I'm not saying chemtrails are a method with which to control the weather. I'm not even saying they're real. I am saying that it is shortsighted to use the "awww shucks, we're just little bitty humans" argument to dismiss the idea of weather manipulation. I'm also stating that full disclosure of the existence of such technology by any government is both unrealistic and unlikely.

Perhaps I have been a little short and snide with my remarks. I fully support people questioning their government. However, I honestly don't think vapor trails are anything to be worried about. I believe this not because I know that they aren't doing this, but because if they wanted to do something to alter weather in a destructive manner, this is not the easiest way. If they wanted to poison people, this is not the easiest way.

Releasing particulates in the air in a precise manner is very difficult if not impossible. Wind changes directions rather quickly. There are many people from WWII that can testify to their own gasses actually traveling to their trenches because of changes in the wind patterns.

So I am not saying the govt isn't trying to control the weather... I'm saying they aren't trying to control the weather with vapor trails.

Ok, so how long can a water vapor trail remain visible in the air? And then would it expand and disperse as if a cloud over time? Even more, could another aircraft travel at the same altitude, speed and direction that the previous aircraft flew and produce a much thinner contrail that dissipates almost immediately?

This is what happens with conspiracy theory people. You notice or are told about two things that are out of the ordinary and you find ways to connect them. I'm trying not to be demeaning, because I really am curious. But how old are you? Do you use any drugs? I can't come up with a way to ask that and not sound ass-holish, but I'm curious about where your thought process is coming from.

Your respiratory infection was caused by either a virus or bacteria. Most likely reason is that your immune system is down during the winter, much like that of the other people around you. You either caught it from them or gave it to them. I'm certain you know that people catch colds and flus from each other very easily and quickly. I feel like an asshole asking this, but...you know that, right?

Then you happened to notice these things you're describing as chem-trails that the vast majority of the scientific community dispute being harmful chemicals being sprayed around.

You're tying the two together and I don't think you're using much logic to do so. You're ignoring the "phenomena" of illness having existed since the beginning of life and the fact that airplanes have been distributing trails of something very explainable for a long, long time.

You're taking one thing with a ton of evidence behind what causes it (upper respiratory infections) and tying it to something else that has hardly anything legitimate behind it (chemtrails). You're certainly welcome to do so, but the logic behind it is the kind of thing that causes people to forward cautionary emails and hold up end of the world signs.

I'm certain that the government hides certain things from us. I'm certain that the government can't possibly keep the best interest of everybody in mind. And I'm certain that conspiracy theorists are right about things from time to time.

But this one just doesn't strike me as having any legitimacy whatsoever. The motive, the people and the proof aren't there whatsoever. When it comes to cover-ups, the only ones that seem to stick are generally the ones that involve 2-3 people who are very close to one another and take a while to get brought in for questioning. :chuckles:

I think you're being crazy.

Please elaborate.

For those that believe in this conspiracy theory (not MalTalm), why do you believe an entity would spray the sky with chemicals that would be harmful to all who came in contact with it? What's the entity that's doing it? Curious as to what you feel the motive would be.

I was trying to leave off the answer with a question, but what the hell. Barium is a very common metallic element which is found in soil and rock. There's been documented cases of barium poisoning in water due to industrial processes like fracking, and any time a raw resource like coal is burned there will be some presence of Barium introduced into the atmosphere. Barium is very reactive though, and can't really exist as an isolated element, unless its in a vacuum. It reacts quickly with Oxygen, and if it was being dropped from a plane, it would come down like snow.

Any increase of Barium presence in a water supply is going to be due to a natural disaster such as an earthquake, an industrial application causing disturbance to top soil, burning fossil fuels, etc.

This isn't my topic of expertise, and Cafe has a much better grasp on fluid-dynamics than I do, but there is a logical explanation for a contrail. As far as the conspiracy, let's consider a few things: What would the method of transportation be? Many say planes are outfitted with sprayers which exist aside from the exhaust. If that was the case, who's manufacturing them? Why would all of the private airline companies, large and small, outfit their planes with them? Who'd be fronting the cost? If it's supposed to be part of the fuel exhaust, that's easily disproven. Jet fuel is produced by multiple manufacturers and heavily regulated. It's also available for private purchase. It'd be very easy to analyze fuel for any additives.

Conspiracies exist. But once your conspiracy involves more than, say, 5 people, it's no longer viable. Literally thousands of people worldwide would have to be in on this, all of them with a desire to keep this covered up.

I'm convinced the conspiracy theories such as this one and the "fake" moon landing are most largely due to a poor understanding of physics. People apply logical fallacies in order to achieve a predetermined result. We believed for a long time the Earth was at the center of the universe, and everything rotated around it. Based on observation, it made sense. We stay still, everything goes around us. Obviously, we've moved past that.

Goldin, how long has this been happening?

What ever happened to those birds, that just dropped dead, in other countries, and here, a couple of years ago?

Anyone???

 I simply stated that I got sick after I saw the sky being bombarded with chemtrails and that compelled me to look further into what could be going on. I found a lot of information, like how the fluoridation of water can actually be really bad for you, how Genetically Modified Organisms can be really bad for you, how things being sprayed in the air can be bad for you. I guess I'm just crazy for thinking people would want to know about this stuff.

Goldin, how long has this been happening?

How long have they been spraying crap in the sky? It's been going on for at least 10 years but I have noticed that the spraying has picked up the last 2 years or so, that's what it seems to me. Weeks will go by and I'll see none, then all of a sudden they are everywhere. It's been pretty noticeable this week especially, here in St. Louis.

I just got a renewal bill from Scott's Lawn Service. I suppose some of the contents of that shit they spray on the lawn could be lethal. There was also a truck cruising around the neighborhood last summer spraying mosquito-killing insecticide. Hopefully it is not human-killing.

Thing is...there are hazardous materials around us every day. For the government to control a certain industry in a similar effort is just not plausible. However, a terrorist organization...

According to some websites I just visited this is happening all around the world...every day...on just a massive scale.
