Windhorst has lost his sources and is quickly losing credibility. If I don't hear it from RCF I tend not to believe it these days.

Windy has got to stop confiding in Chris Grant. There's no doubt that's been his single best Cavs source since Ferry left.

I'm extremely disappointed with Windy's comment about the Cavs lying. That's a milder, but similar call-out to Simmons towards Goodell...

Now, I know Windy is an ally to the powers that be here and I'm sure the next time Kyrie's glass body gets hurt, someone will point back to Windy "knowing something was wrong". Kyrie playing tonight just means that whatever intel Windy had was very, very wrong.

The boot thing is still surprising. Do they usually have a player wear a boot for a sprain? High ankle sprain?

He probably had it on while they were waiting for the results of his MRI to be confirmed, which would explain why he was no longer wearing it later that evening after they had presumably confirmed it was a mild sprain.

Chris Grant was a behind-the-scenes media whore.

It's not a coincidence that Lloyd stopped breaking stories and started scorching the Cavs once he got fired.

It certainly seemed like there were some raw nerves down the whole vertical stack of ownership, front office, coaching, players, & journalists last winter, didn't it? Fortunately, the Cavs have the opportunity to do a lot of winning this year, and as they say, winning fixes everything. Well, maybe with the sole exception of bloated egos.

Just from the little that I know, immaturity ran rampant in that locker room and bringing in Deng didn't help either. He absolutely was the anonymous source on stories and would then act shocked when the stuff got printed.

The Cavs beat has an interesting dynamic, and Grant absolutely was a huge source for a lot of those guys. I don't think a lot of those guys realize what they're in for with the national media covering this team on a nightly basis.

Also on that note, I don't think it can go understated how valuable Mike Miller, James Jones and Shawn Marion will be to this locker room.

Windbag said tonight the Bulls would have "easily beaten" us if they played rose 40 mins even if we played Lebron the whole game.

And if I ate Panda last night the Cavs could have won by 20.

Such a stupid statement.

In that article, Windhorst calls Andy, "Not a good offensive player."

Da fuq?

Yeah, that's a pretty ridiculous statement. He's a great passer for a big man (probably in the top five to ten in the league), has a solid mid-range game, is excellent on the pick-and-roll/pop, and can finish around the rim. He also has a pretty damn good post game that he's been showing off a lot in the pre-season. He doesn't have an outside shot, and he doesn't typically look to create for himself, but he's a very good, smart player on offense.
