The Last of Us
NBA 2K15 (when it comes out)
Madden 15 (comes out Tuesday)
Watch Dogs
Thanks, was definitely going to pick up The Last of Us. NBA 2K15 is another that I'll get.

How are the Killzone games? Worth it or no? Also, are there any plans to have some kind of backwards compatability with the PS3?

I'm not familiar with Killzone. I had a 360, so yeah. And I stick to sports and story games nowadays.

As for backwards compatibility, I don't think so but I don't know for sure.

I've been an Xbox guy too. Never owned a PS at all.

Neither xbox one or PS4 have backwards compatibility.

Killzone is alright. I know at gamestop this weekend it's $20, looks good. Level design/ and story are average at best

Well PSN users you can blame this guy and his agenda for the downage .

Guess it's a good thing I decided not to pick one up today after all :chuckle:

Microsoft has stooped down to hiring hackers to get at Sony? :D

A DDOS attack... That's not exactly a skill worth noting. Could in theory be done to every company, at any time.

What he did was basically sent logins to the servers, which caused an overload.

If anyone actually thinks MS is invulnerable to a server overload, I hate to burst that bubble. They might be better at getting out of the attack, but unless they had an unlimited amount of servers, it isn't possible for them to not be taken down if someone were to do so.

We are talking millions of logins a second, funny thing is it didn't disconnect me once all day (on ps3).

What I learned during the down time is that if PSN is down I cannot access games I paid for through PSN because it said that it could not verify my license agreement but I was able to play my physical copies.

Something has to give in that aspect. I cannot tolerate not playing campaign in games I've paid hundreds for because the network is down. I don't know if I'll buy another digital copy again after this. I have been nothing but thrilled with the console so far but that was extremely disappointing.

That is the scary aspect of going completely digital with the consoles. The force you to be online to verify the licensing. I believe computer games on steam don't do this. Just have to be able to load the client itself. Not one hundred percent on this.

That's why i was glad that both consoles do have a disc drive. My generation of gamers still enjoy the physical copies. Now the ipod generation of kids when we have better bandwidth are going to be the ones that truly will suffer with this.

Who's getting Madden on PS4?

PSN: Buckeyes_Fanatic

I read that you have to set your console as your "Primary Console" in the settings if you want to play your digital games offline.
