Game 2 -|- Bulls @ Cavs -|- Friday, November 2nd, 7:30PM ET

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
BS will not trade Andy he is his fucking "hub".

Not going to judge anything until I see how we bounce back tomorrow.

If we go out and get smoked tomorrow by the Bucks... then well. Yeah.

Did you see what was on the court tonight outside of Andy? When do you expect we'd be able to replace his production? He's our only finisher, rebounder, and rim protector.

Again, the pick would be great, but giving away Andy is really giving up a lot in terms of this teams development. You give away Andy, and we're an atrocious squad. I don't know...I guess my expectations were that this team could be somewhat competitive in games. Without Andy, we lose by 45 tonight. I can't even imagine starting Zeller at this point after what I've witnessed in the first 2 games.

Just rough...

you are talking to people who want to tank

clearly they don't care if we lose by 15 or 25 in a given game - or how "atrocious" we become when he is traded. in fact, they look at that as not only getting a 1st rounder for andy, but having our own first rounder be higher in his absence

just saying

im not arguing one way or another - but people who want andy gone don't care about the loss in production lol

Andy is a good player, but he is not good enough to make us competetive by himself. That load is Kyrie's to carry. There would be a big learning curve without Andy i'm sure, but it would be worth it when we have a top 5 pick, and another first.

If we trade Andy, Scott will probably start Luke Walton in his place.

If/when we trade AV, its basically TANK MODE ENGAGE.

One thing that is apparent to me, is CJ Miles needs to start. It's just too much pressure on Kyrie to produce with a rookie in Dion, an unskilled scorer in Tristan, and 2 defensive minded players in Andy and Gee.

CJ isn't a world beater, but at least he can do multiple things with the ball in his hands.

Um......what? What CJ have you been watching?

RFC is like GTA. Everybody wants to win and play the game the right way when you first start playing, but as the game goes on you get side tracked and start blowing shit up and really have no course of action.

I'm sorry for people who want to make the playoffs, you have to be kidding yourselves. When you watch some of these elite basketball teams, the Cavs are far from it. The way I see it, we are probably a good 3 to 5 years away from being a solid playoff team at the rate this team is going. I really hope we are able to get a high draft pick next year and pick up 2 or 3 good vets because if not we may see Kyrie leave. And as much as most don't want to see this team get stuck in mediocrity, if they don't start making some major moves they may be stuck in suckiocrity for years and years to come.

I mean can we please not start up with the Kyrie leaving stuff. Just no sense in it.

He plays confidently on offense and can actually dribble. Two things Alonzo doesn't do. Playing CJ at the 3, would without a doubt take some pressure off of Kyrie and Dion.

Wasn't looking to make the playoffs, but I'd also rather not see a young team sleepwalk through the second game of the season in front of a sold out home crowd.

The Bulls are going to be that team that the Cavs measure their progress against. They will keep kicking our ass and eventually the young Cavs will grow because of it. I saw this loss coming a mile away, I want to see if they are able to rebound from it tomorrow night or if they get their ass handed to them again. This Bulls team is very experienced and very well coached, we really don't measure up at all right now...I'm looking forward to see if they are more competitive the next time they meet Chicago. That will tell you a lot about the make up of this team.

Not gonna read any of this thread...but my God, Tom Thibodeau is the best coach in the NBA. What an identity he has established there.
