Shurmur has shown this game, that he needs to go.

Going for it on 4th down inside our own 40 with 4 minutes to go only down by 7 with 2 timeouts, he has no clue whatsoever.

This would be the week to do it if Haslam feels the need to fire a HC midseason, coming into a bye week.
 
I'll say 25%, but I would do it without a thought.
 
The bye week is the perfect time to fire him. There will not be a better chance this season to do so. Fire this asshole right now. Coached this game away.
 
Seriously, Haslam needs to head to the lockeroom RIGHT NOW and tell Pat "we've seen enough, kthxbye."
 
I don't even want to hear this fuck talk at his presser, I'm so disgusted how poorly this asshole coaches the game. He's the worst coach in the league and we sure enough don't have the worst team. Naming an interim head coach should be a definite.
 
Ravens took 3 quarters off in this game and still won by 10 at our place. If that doesn't say something about the shit we have employed on the sidelines, then I don't know what else to say. 2-7 team and we are coaching and playing like straight up pussies. It makes no sense.
