gun control

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I only own guns that I can easily manufacture rounds for.

If you don't know how to, you should learn.

Can't say I've ever done it, but my good buddy's dad spends countless hours loading up old shells. His entire basement is devoted to it. We go to his house and just straight blast shit for hours. I do need to get a press and learn, though.

Yes. Probably more from scratch though.

Actually this could be really helpful. I'm working on a post apocalyptic novel (shut up EAYOR) and the process of making your own bullets from scratch would come in handy.

Google/wikipedia sir.

It's how I basically figured it out.

Granted, I have some background that was helpful.

To get a good reload setup, it's about $600-1200 depending on the brand you prefer. My whole set up was about 900.

To make your own ammo from scratch, well you're talking about metal forms/press/etc. Add another about 1800-2500 for all that.

Worthwhile for the average person? No. The gun nut, absolutely.

I'm not a gun nut, just a fucking nut. And therefore, it's more than worth it for me, despite the fact that the most dangerous thing I've killed *outside of the military* was this old mountain dew bottle I found in the woods.

I will say, that I find that the 9mm rounds I make are far superior to the cheapest ones I can buy. A lot more consistent, better firing. Just overall way better bullets than I can buy for cheap.

In the event of a world catastrophe, I've got enough supplies to make roughly 500k rounds when I add up guns/casings/etc. That should be more than enough to last me for a solid year or so to fend off an attacks/etc. For hunting/survival alone without the threat of other people, that's more than enough for years until I could get more supplies.

I'm just the money wasting alcoholic pothead to most people. But probably a lot more prepared for survival than your average prepper.

Pretty much where we are right now.

Thomas Jefferson would have gotten so much more pussy with an automatic weapon. Even from non-slaves.
