Trayvon Martin 911 Call From Neighbors and Zimmerman (Audio)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
True...CNN says chief witness lied.

Not only did she lie about why she missed Trayvons funeral but she lied about her age. Crump said she was 16 when she was actually 18.

Remember when Crump released the interview he had with witness 8 to the public and got the ball rolling on this entire case? Well come to find out ABC was at that interview and had their own recording device. This is the same ABC who cut out audio of the 911 calls to make Zimmerman appear racist. It just so happens someone from ABC discretely and quietly posted their clearer and uncut version of the audio and in it Crump is coaching witness 8. It's still only 5:30 minutes and the recording is 25:00.

"Not only did Ben Crump misrepresent his action (ie. lied) in his affidavit, he also painstakingly prepped the witness, rehearsed the parts he wanted to record, gave her instructions on what to say (like when to start in 3…2…1), and intentionally cut out his instructions and interjections.

This new recording “excerpt” was uploaded to the ABC website on February 28th. Exactly a week after the Feb 22nd hearing where Judge Nelson ruled -based in part on Crump’s affidavit- he would not be deposed.

A Treeper “Tara” accidentally discovered this audio recording on the ABC website during a search for other information. Why they loaded it without notification or accompanying storyline is unknown.

But what’s factually evident is the ABC recording shows Ben Crump’s affidavit to be false in its content and presentation. Benjamin Crump through his attorney Bruce Blackwell is lying and misrepresenting to the court."

Wasn't it NBC who edited the 911 tapes?

Conservative tree house? Treepers?

Seriously the prosecution must be trying to lose on purpose.

Wasn't there an eyewitness that said it was Zimmerman? Seems silly that two expert audio technicians would try to go against that if true.

Because there are conflicting witness reports:

Recordings of eight calls to the police made on the night of the shooting were released by the Sanford police on March 17, 2012. A witness to the confrontation just prior to the shooting stated that Martin was on top of Zimmerman and punching him, while Zimmerman was yelling for help. This witness, who identified himself as "John", stated that "the guy on the bottom, who had a red sweater on, was yelling to me, 'Help! Help!' and I told him to stop, and I was calling 911". He went on to say that when he got upstairs and looked down, "the guy who was on the top beating up the other guy, was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point."

A 13-year-old boy walking his dog saw a man on the ground shortly before the shooting and identified him as wearing red.*His mother later disputed the testimony and claimed that the police pressured him into choosing the color that the man was wearing and that her son could not see any details in the dark. She also stated that the police waited five days before requesting to even question her son and said that the lead homicide investigator told her that he did not believe the shooting was self defense.

Mary Cutcher and her roommate, Selma Mora Lamilla, appeared on*AC 360, and Cutcher stated that she believes that "there was no punching, no hitting going on at the time, no wrestling" just prior to the shooting but admitted that she neither saw the shooting nor the precedingaltercation. Cutcher and her roommate heard the pair in their backyard and a "very young voice" whining, with no sounds of a fight. They heard a gunshot; the crying stopped immediately, and they saw Zimmerman on his knees straddling Martin on the ground. Mary Cutcher phoned police after the fatal shooting and said the black man was standing over another man, although Trayvon Martin was already dead. According to the*Orlando Sentinel*article, "Police spokesman Sgt. Dave Morgenstern [on March 15] issued a statement disputing Cutcher's version of events, calling her statements to WFTV "inconsistent with her sworn testimony to police."*However, Cutcher and her roommate maintain that their account of the incident to the police did not agree with Zimmerman's, and they demanded the police issue a retraction.

On March 29, 2012, an eyewitness referred to as a male said that he saw two men on the ground scuffling, then heard the shooting, and saw Zimmerman walk away with no blood on him. The witness later appeared on CNN AC360 referred to as a female, giving more details on her account. She pointed out that she heard an argument between a younger and an older voice. During the time that she witnessed the incident, the scuffling happened on the grass. She said that the larger man, who walked away after the gunshot, was on top and that it was too dark to see blood on his face. A witness who arrived shortly after the shooting revealed photos that he took that night that showed "blood trickling down the back of Zimmerman's head from two cuts. It also shows a possible contusion forming on the crown of his head". In revealing the photo to*ABC News*in mid-April, he noted that he had heard but had not seen the scuffle, had been the first to arrive, and had been the first to talk to Zimmerman after the shooting.

One eye-witness statement given the night of the shooting describes "a black male, wearing a dark colored 'hoodie' on top of a white or Hispanic male who was yelling for help." The witness said that the black male was throwing punches "MMA [mixed martial arts] style." After hearing a "pop," he saw the black male "laid out on the grass." When the witness was subsequently interviewed weeks later by a different agency, the witness said he thought that the black male was either punching or pinning the lighter skinned male underneath him. He was no longer certain who was calling for help, having not seen their mouths in the dark. He was still certain that the black male had been on top of the lighter-skinned male.

They are conflicting because only two of those witnesses actually saw who was who during the fight and both of them say Zimmerman was on bottom with one even saying Zimmerman yelled help to him. They were also the closest to the altercation.

The witness on AC360 actually changed her story: "I know after seeing the TV of what's happening, comparing their sizes, I think Zimmerman was definitely on top because of his size," the woman, "Witness 12," said."

I guess after all those pictures of 7 year old Martin hit the screens she was for sure it was Zimmerman on top. :chuckles:

Several witness stories changed.

Nothing but a media circus. I personally think that Zimmerman was wrong in following the kid. I also think Trayvon should not have confronted him and simply kept walking home. Both were wrong and unfortunately someone died.

I agree both were wrong. In cases like these, I put more blame on the adult, as I expect adults to act more responsibly than teenagers.

I agree to a point. But at 17 years old Trayvon shoulda known better.

At 17 years old, you don't always think things through. I know I didn't. Tack on that he was proably scared because he was being followed by a grown man.

Personally, I think the 28 year old should have known better, especially since police reminded him on the phone of the correct way to handle the matter.

One of Trayvon’s cellphone pictures shows two teens about to square off against one another as a third stands in the middle like a referee. Trayvon said he fought a rival who “snitched on me.”

Trayvon: “I lost da 1st round :) but won da 2nd nd 3rd.”

Friend: “Ohhh So It Wass 3 Rounds? Damn well at least yu wonn lol but yuu needa stop fighting.”

Trayvon: “Nay im not done with fool….. he gone hav 2 see me again.”

Friend: “Nooo… Stop, yuu waint gonn bee satisified till yuh suspended again, huh?”

Trayvon told another friend at the time that his mother wanted him to move in with his dad after he was suspended.

“Da police caught me outta skool,” Trayvon wrote.

This guy had all the time in the world to get home but instead he doubled back and confronted Zimmerman... yet he was scared? :dunno:

To me, the evidence points in the direction that he just loved to fight.

Five days later, he repeatedly appears to inquire about a gun with a friend: “U got heat??” Hours later he was asked by text: “You want a 22 revolver?” The friend who sent the message said it was bought by “my mommy.”

On Feb. 21, Trayvon appeared to be heading to Sanford to live with his father. But he hadn’t lost interest in guns.

“U wanna share a .380?” he asked one friend.

"In 2005, Zimmerman was charged with assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest, after shoving an officer while a friend of Zimmerman's was being questioned about underage drinking. The charges were reduced, then dropped when Zimmerman entered a pre-trial diversion program. Also in 2005, Zimmerman's ex-fiance filed a restraining order against him, alleging domestic violence. Zimmerman requested a reciprocal restraining order. Both orders were granted."

What does that have to do with Trayvon being scared?

It's a response to "he just loved to fight"...so does GZ apparently.

In 2005? It would be like getting a DUI at the age of 21 and then labeling someone a drunk because of that nearly ten years later.

Bottom line... Trayvon was and Zimmerman probably is (or was at one point) a waste of space. Tired of hearing about this one. Useless people.
