No one is getting fooled by a stat-line. He was the primary defender on Dirk and did a fine job of it. He also took the game over with offensive rebounding alone. We watch the game too.
 
I'll always respect hustle and heart. Tristan demonstrated both qualities this afternoon.

I never called TT a wasted pick. I love having him on the team, he's definitely a guy that helps win games.

Being compared to Dale Davis isn't meant to be a slight to him, Dale Davis was a heck of a player. Tristan still has some improving to do to even be as good as Dale.

Ahh the Tristan Thompson debates. Reminds me of 2011-2012. Fun times. Fun times.

RCF has been over this about 5 million times. Tristan is good at what he does. He will give you energy and hustle. He will rebound. He will be a leader.

Will he be a top 5 PF in the NBA? No. He is what he is.

He might not wow you, but guys like Tristan, you tend to find them on winning teams.
