Right. I think the old Cavaliers would have gone balls to the wall to sign LeBron, even if it meant trading away a bunch of young players. Griffin, on the other hand, will await LeBron's decision and only make those moves if/when they become necessary. That is the smart approach.
What I like is the Cavs seem to have a plan and are not making knee jerk moves. They are taking their time to make decisions, and then, like last night, are all in to execute the plan. Well done.
