Re: #1: Andrew Wiggins - G/F - Kansas University
Believe me, i am aware of Wiggins college highlights and that is why i am excited about his potential. You said that he doesn't provide highlight dunks and that dunk in SL was about as athletic as they get from a flat (after a spin move) stance. That is what i was refuting.
He isn't going to rely on the spin move when playing with Lebron and KI. Why? He will never have the ball in his hands. I was simply stating that his athleticism is shown in many highlights, regardless of his bad handles.
Yes, i've seen Andrew Wiggins spin move, he completes about 5 spin moves a game regardless of his position on the floor while picking up his dribble. This has got to me my favorite one. He tries to split two defenders with a spin move, picking up his dribble 20 feet away from the basket. Miraculously he got fouled, but that was a head scratching decision to say the least and probably should have been a travel. What were his options here had he not been fouled or have fallen to the ground? He could have taken an extremely off balanced jump shot, a ridiculously far floater, or maybe a pass that probably would have resulted in a turn over?
