In the scrimmages, friendlies and the last two games... he looks average at best with a couple nice dunks... his passing is crap, this "improved" jumpshot doesn't looked improved... He does not look that good considering what Lillard was bringing to the table.

He's playing defense something lillard can't do. It's bad enough curry, irving, and harden can't play defense now you want to add another joke defender. If kyrie/curry/harden start vs Spain then we will deserve the bearing we will get.

not sure if we are watching the same game... Rose defense is suspect at best, late on a lot of rotations and grabbing a lot, and that pick and roll D is making me think Kyrie is out on the floor when he is. haha.
 
BTW, is Mike Brown the offensive coordinator? Because this team doesn't look like they've had a set play all day.

At least Coach K has stuck with the best players so far this half.
 
Can we try to pick up a guy like Oğuz Savaş? He seems like a mobile 7 footer.
 
Coach K is one of the most over-rated coaches of all time. Not saying he's bad but he's simply not a great X and O guy. His teams consistently underperform in the NCAA tournament relative to his team's ranking.

It's annoying when they give him most of the credit for the 65-1 record over the years. What coach is loosing with lebron, Kobe, Wade, KD. Then add in only 2 other teams Argentina and Spain are the only teams that should be in the gym with USA and the credit he gets becomes severely overrated.
