How in the flying fuck is a nurse who just treated the only man in the U.S. known to have Ebola allowed to travel before the 21 day period is up?!?! This is just pure stupidity. Absolutely ridiculous on both the nurse's part and the CDC's part for allowing her or any other doctor/nurse treating the ebola dumb-fuck from Liberia to travel.

Here's an idea... If you treat someone with Ebola, DO NOT TRAVEL UNTIL ITS BEEN 21 DAYS AND YOU KNOW YOU ARE IN THE CLEAR, DUMBASS.

I hate the fear mongering of the media as much as anyone, but...

Anyone who is not at least a little bit concerned about this needs to pull their head out of their ass. The CDC and the government are not being up front with the general population as to just how serious a threat this is. They are projecting 10,000 cases a month in West Africa by the end of the year at the current trajectory that it is spreading. There may be as many as 2.5 times more people infected than has been reported so far.

There is an outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which for those of you who are not geographically familiar with the layout of Africa, is not bordered by any of the previously affected countries. The good news (if you can even say that) is that it does not appear to be a related strain to the virus in West Africa. The bad news is that of 71 confirmed cases, there have been 43 deaths, including 8 healthcare workers, as of last week.

Just in time for flu season, too. This is going to be a looooong winter.

Because that doesn't stop someone from traveling from West Africa, to Paris, to Canada, to the U.S.

If you stop travel from West Africa, you need to stop travel everywhere.

Whatever her selfish motivation was to fly to Cleveland for a weekend after coming in contact w Ebola needs to be explained. Also where the he'll did she go. If she dies....she dies. You potentially spread a fatal disease for your own selfish reasons.

Now is as good a time as any to buy low, sell high, as is the case with any potential disaster/terrorist attack/etc.

Also, a fluctuation in stocks can be an indicator that things have happened that we in the general public are not privy to.

Seriously. How fucking stupid is this woman? Never mind the CDC, that was supposed to be "monitoring" these healthcare workers... But why fly across the country after caring for an ebola patient? I can't wait until they release her identity so internet trolls can rip her apart.
