Nets Making D-Will, Joe Johnson & Brook Lopez Available

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Too bad they are all making 20 million a year. I don't see many takers on them. Maybe a desperate team like the Lakers or Knicks. I wouldn't mind Lopez if he was healthy, but that probably isn't possible. And we don't have salary to match.

Brook Lopez has been one of hopes for the Haywood contract next offseason. If Nets get rid of DWill or JJ, then they'll be out of the tax. So pray that noone bites on those two.

Pass on all 3 of them.
Johnson could potentially fit if it wasn't for that albatross of a contract.
The other two are not fits here with their style of play. Dion outright embarrassed Deron Williams last night.

Deron and Joe suck.

Brook is good but always hurt. I'd take him though for sure.

Bro Lo just started complaining about a back issue... I've been a big fan of the Cavaliers going after him, but now I have to admit he might be too injury prone for the risk.

Ironically enough though, I would take Kevin Garnett to be our fourth big guy.

Love, Varejao, Thompson, and Garnett is a hell of a 4/5 rotation.

If you could fit Lopez under the trade exception? Roll the dice!

For $17 mill with a player option next year? Nooooo thanks. I'll take your brother Robin at more production, twice the durability at a fraction of the price.

I'd take KG as well, but don't him and LeBron hate each other?

I'm pretty sure KG is one of those guys everyone hates until hes on your team. He runs his mouth way too much

It sounds like AK47 is going to be traded to Philly and then waived. I imagine he's someone we'll take a look at.

There's no way Portland lets him get away. They are too good in the front court. I wish the Cavs tried to pry him from either Phoenix or New Orleans when he was under-valued.

Oh, you definitely couldn't get him this year. He's a free agent this summer though. Depending on how much we could offer, Portland might be inclined to sign and trade for the Haywood contract if we sent something back. Only if the contract was too rich for their blood though.

Slim chance anyway. Too bad. His game would fit so well here.
