2015 NBA Playoffs Thread

Remember the Titans is better than Varsity Blues.
 
Bucks have a poor offense but overall, I have been very impressed with them. They had the worst record in the league last season. So, to be where they are now, with Jabari Parker missing majority of the games has been a great achievement on their part. Jason Kidd deserves kudos for the way he has them coached. Their offense needs to be worked upon, but their defense is ace and they have a lot of players in the Greek Freak, Jabari Parker and hell, even MCW who would only improve from now on. All they need is a very good shooting guard, IMO. If they can manage to get one, they will be a soplid play-off team.

Program and Remember the Titans had awful, awful, awful football scenes. I almost consider The Program a comedy because I laughed at every football scene.

Blind Side, Jerry Maguire were not football movies.

Never saw Gridiron Gang or Facing the Giants.

Invincible and Little Giants were meh

Rudy, Longest Yard and Leatherheads were good.

Any Given Sunday was really good, for the "Inches" speech if noting else.

The Program was just god awful.
 
I really want to see this Warriors and Spurs series, just from a basketball fan standpoint. That series will be epic. Much like our series against the Bulls, this will decide the Western conference.
 
My correction, Spurs won't play the Warriors next round. I keep forgetting they're a 6th seed. They'll get to beat the Rockets.
 
This announcer (not Barry) has been calling this as a loss for N.O. since the middle of the 3rd. I hope they cum back and win.
 
Ugh Portland and Memphis wearing road jerseys in the same game.... This is becoming more common and I hate it...
 
Anthony Davis is so good already it's honestly scary. He went up against 2 of the top 3 defenders in the NBA (Bogut and Green) in his first playoffs series and still put up 31.5 ppg (54% shooting), 11 rpg, and 3 bpg...
 
I wouldnt be too concerned about Milwaukees offense. they have a budding star/scorer in Jabari Parker. Giannas is headin in the right direction. let not forget they got plumlee too. defense is typically the hardest thing for a young team to learn.

Jason Kidd made the right move and props to Milwaukee for making the grab.

Once he puts weight on that frame like LeBron did, AD's gonna be a nightmare in the post.
 
Man, I know Portland is banged up, but Memphis has looked really good. Green-Bogut v. Randolph-Gasol could be a lot of fun.
 
I thought teams were only allowed to wear their traditional home/away uniforms in the playoffs. IIRC we actually got fined back in the day for wearing our blue road unis when we really were supposed to wear the old wine ones. Maybe they changed that. If they did, then we should bust out our gold home unis and mix up the unis some more.
