I doubt he needs surgery. I am by no means an expert, but it was popped back into place soon after on the spot and he didn't look to be favoring it in the sling in his post game presser. I know it's easy to think pessimistically than optimistically in sports but I am withholding any speculation of that magnitude until we learn more.
I, by no means, trust 100% what reports on twitter say. They get shit wrong all the time.
Yeah, but anyone would have to be pretty naive if they really believe he'll be playing in game 1, or 2 against the Bulls. Or hell, likely playing at all in that series. I just don't see it personally, I mean if it happens I'll be ecstatic, but I wouldn't count on it.
Look, being optimistic is one thing, but being unrealistic is another. This guy is going to miss some time. Dislocated shoulder, even if it's the best outcome possible, coming back from it literally two weeks is being super optimistic, I think.
Fans should be hoping he comes back period. That in itself is a win, and a lucky break.
And people, if it's torn, there's no fucking speculation at all. He's getting surgery!!!!
Coming from someone that had his torn, there's no fucking way he's coming back, at all, if that's the case. There's no second opinion about that.
