The biggest steal of the draft? Definitely an ultra intriguing 7th round guy..

Assuming he doesn't play this year. Hopefully Desir is a useful dime back. Ifo could push for a starting spot in 2016.

This is why you trade down and get multiple picks. We are free rolling with this one. High reward and almost no risk.

I'm freaking pumped, this pick just put the icing on the cake

This has the potential to be the best pick in the whole draft.

Ifo, when healthy, was well on his way to a 1st-2nd round pick. At absolute worst, he's the best nickle corner in the NFL someday. At best? He's an elite cover guy to pair with Haden and maybe Gilbert.

Excellent pick.

I guess I'll take my question here: HTF did this guy fall to 7th round? I remember him talked about as a top pick. I know he got hurt, but I've never seen a free fall 7 rounds because of an injury. I mean, guys recover from that all the time, right?

If I had to guess, it may be because the timing of his injury means he may not play this year. Teams are probably reluctant to use a pick on a guy who may spend his rookie season on IR.

Wow. If so, that's a lot of dumb teams. A guy with his talent. even hurt, is worth taking a flyer on with a 5th or even 4th round pick. How often do you find big time contributors with those picks?

This is a pick by the Browns I can totally get behind. Stash this dude, it could pay off nicely.

Reports are that his knee injury was more damaging than say Todd Gurley's. More risk that he may never be the same, some people discussing him even think he might not be able to play again it was that bad.

I looked into that a bit after I posted- sounds like it's a rumor?

Loved this kid when he was playing, I'm sure he was planning to be wearing a suit on the "gold carpet" for the 2015 draft. Very glad the Browns drafted him. I do believe he will eventually start across from Haden.

No he's a CB correct ? Any chance he or Gilbert could become a safety to replace Whitner? Wtf would we do if both pan out?

If I recall San Fran took a similar flier on Marcus Lattimore (in 3rd or 4th), who missed entire rookie year. I still don't think he's up to speed, but it's nice to take a chance. Especially in the 7th.

Have you given up on Gilbert? Do you know something?

Ifo was a speed cover corner, so who knows if he can bounce back to be the same speed. I can say he looked like a future 1st round pick in 2013 when I watched Oregon play.
