Preseason Game 2 10/8/15 Cavs @ Philadelphia FSOH and NBATV 7:00 PM

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Lol. Harris should be dropped just for that.

Preseason or not Blatt, how do they go on a 8-0 run? I don't mind losing but its how its done. Move on

And Harris... A three beats you. Get up on him. Lol that was gold though

What happens when you have a PG out there trying to do too much to impress someone...Quinn Cook cost them that game, not Blatt....what do you want him to do, put actual rotation players back in who had been sitting for ~ an hour?

Yes. Am I not allowed to reply back to them with what the people who run our team are saying?

Yea, GMs and coaches have never blown smoke about a player before. Would certainly be a first!

The fact that we were able to put up 114 points without our 7 best players (or at least 7 of our best 8) is pretty impressive to be honest.

Big shock that you had to get your typical 2 cents in...

This next move by me is going to feel so good...

Seriously?
5 D-Leaguers who have never played a game together, all trying to outshine one another while making rookie mistakes. That's how it's done.

The 76ers bench reaction was worth it, I had a little grin there, tbh the refs were crooked lol, too many fouls, my summary is,
you drop Daye,Cook and the others, Cunningham stays.. where is Sir'Dominic btw? why isn't he playing?

Well, Blatt figured out that more important for him right now at the preseason is not winning but to do some testings for his margin players. Especially against a weak team. I mean, just think about Andy which offensively made a joke from the Sixers's defense and right after that he put him on the bench. Winning was the latest thing Blatt was worried about in this game.

just kind of laughed at the ending really. 10 scrubs out there trying to make the cut for their respective teams, so naturally a lot of nerves and forcing. Sucks to say though, but the one guy with a guaranteed spot already on the Cavs looks the worst by far...

Officials were pretty bad too. Philly went to the line non-stop on some ticky tack stuff. Two blatant travels were missed. I also thought that before the hero 3, Cunningham was fouled before the offensive foul was called. It was obvious the defender was trying to wrap him up to force free throws.

Things I take away from this game:

Anderson Varejao looks VERY good. He moves very fluently and creates a lot of chances. His jumper looks good and generally I am super optimistic about him, if he can stay healthy.

Sasha is making progress at adapting to the NBA. Granted, this was a super weak team, but he anticipates very well on D (a thing he is known for in Europe) and closes out very well to alter or block shots. His offense is shaky, but he is a defensive force.

Delly seemed to gain confidence and got his head together, after a lukewarm game against ATL. He worked on his mid range shot and seems to improved at handling as well.

Fucking Cunningham.
