This Turkish kid is very impressive. Has 3pt range, very athletic, pretty good handles and can finish at the rim. When you watch the highlights, remember those are of a 17 year old playing against adult men in second best league in the world (Euroleague) & Turkish league. He would absolutely dominate college basketball in US.

I think this guy is going to be a stud. I know Simmons is "the next Lebron" (whatever the hell that means), but Ingram looks much more Lebron-like to me than Simmons does. His passing skills off slashing drives are elite. He can also score with the best of them. Inconsistency has plagued him so far, nonetheless, I just can't see this kid not panning out.

He has been very impressive no doubt. His body type reminds me of a smaller version of Durant with those high shoulders and long arms. I think he might actually have a higher ceiling than Simmons, unless Ben extends his shooting range significantly.

I believe the LeBron comparisons for Simmons come from the way he is simply overpowering people. Honestly, if LeBron went to school for a year, I imagine he'd have put up similar numbers to what Simmons is right now. 20-13-5 is unheard of from college players. Remember, LeBron's jump shot was very much a work in progress when he entered the league, and Simmons already has a very good FT stroke.

Ingram, like @Jstock12 said, reminds me more of Durant. He plays more of finesse game, and is much more polished as a shooter/pure scorer. His playmaking ability for others needs to grow, as does his strength, much like Durant coming out of Texas.

Both are guys worth getting excited about. No guarantees that they will be the caliber of Durant and LeBron, a lot of things need to go right in order to create those types of players, but it's still very exciting to have these types of talents about to enter the league.

I don't care what everyone says, I can't see Buddy Hield dropping past the 2nd half of the lottery come June, and it wouldn't shock me if he eventually settles into the 6-10 range. He's too skilled and too complete of a shooter/scorer from anywhere on the floor, and with guys like Dame, CJ McCollum and even Curry (a bit farther back) coming in as seniors and dominating, I don't think the Senior bias is quite as bad nowadays.

Pascal Siakam now rising into mocks...kid is special, best NMSU player I've seen here since I moved...maybe the best WAC player I've seen since I moved too.

Kahlil Felder from Oakland (Horizon League) is only 5'9" and will probably be taken in the 2nd round but I wouldn't be surprised to see him eventually become a top-5 player in his draft class. Dude is Isaiah Thomas....

Am I alone in thinking Brandon Ingram will absolutely better than Simmons? I don't even think it will be close. Ingram is lighting up UVA - who have a damn good team - right now.
