That is right. I forgot about that. But I still contend that our GM should have been able to do much better than Waiters, Thompson and Bennet with two 4s and first overall. Hell, every 1st rounder we drafted, except Irving, are overpaid net negatives now

That is what happens when organizations can't come to consensus. The 2013 draft, Brown, Grant and Gilbert all wanted 3 different guys. You can't have that. Meet a consensus and go over it again.

The objective is to win ships with LeBron. Miami did well 2 in 4 years .. much better than our incompetent cast of misfits from the owner down to the water boy

This is what happens to teams that are generally in contention for a long time. Unless you're the Spurs? You will have a down period.

LeBron didn't have to deal with Wade, Bosh going down during his first finals apperance.

Miami also didn't have to deal with a team that was the Durant/Warriors combo.
