I enjoy watching Sasha play. I find it humurous that when he first checked in he picked up 2 quick fouls in about 3 minutes AND to start things off in the second half he picked up his 3rd foul 13 seconds into the 3rd quarter. He is a complete and total idiot with no basketball IQ or savy. God help us all if we have to rely on him to be consistently productive.

Very true. He can play well for bursts, but by and large, he just doesn't understand the game well enough (read: at all) to produce for any period of time. I'd assume Ferry understands you cant rely on Sasha if want that #1 seed. I used to think we needed a big more than anything, but now I'm not sure we wouldn't be better off bringing in another two guard so that Sasha is effectively stapled to the bench.

Still, I don't want to see a rushed decision.

The bitterness still gets the better of you. Just for your knowledge, you just did a scouting report for Cedric Henderson, not Aleksandar Pavlovic. For a guy who cannot shoot, he is only behind Delonte from behind the arc. For a guy who is a turnover waiting to happen he concedes just over 2 per 48 minutes.

Again people, hate all you like for his weaknesses or country of origin, just dont make shit up. He is not the answer in any way shape or form, but right now he is our best option at the 2 by far, and finally he gets to play with some starters, albeit whats left of them.
 
I don't get all the hatred against Sasha. Can someone explain to me why Wally Z is in the rotation and Sasha isn't? For all of Sasha's warts, he can contribute much more than Wally. Sasha defends and drives to the basket, even if he doesn't finish all that well. And he's a decent shooter, too. Again, I just don't get the hate.

My biggest fear is that Wally will blow out a knee before Ferry can get rid of him. Sit his sorry azzz on the bench until you find a trade partner.
 
I'd take Wally over Hughes any day.

Sasha is like Drew Gooden... he's never going to overcome his own inconsistencies.

Ferry made a great trade last year in unloading most of our knuckleheads and getting some real value in return.

lol: the refs do really hate Sasha. A lot of the shit he gets called for would be considered just good D if Kobe or Bowen were the offending agents instead of Mr. Inconsistency. I've stated before the Cavs would benefit if they hyped Sasha's defense even if they think it's average simply to buy him some help with the stripes.
 
So if we trade for Vince Carter how long is shipping?
 
I think that Delonte's superior play has soured us on Sasha. The fact that he isn't very personable doesn't help his cause with the fans.

That being said, I would much rather have Sasha as our starting SG over Wally, any day of the week and twice on Friday.
