Game 5 | Cavaliers vs Wizards | November 3, 2009 | 7:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Good game

AP has taken some pretty tough shots...Try and stay away from those , Does he always fade back when he shoots though?

I am very, very impressed with the way the Cavs were able to contain such a high-octane offense tonight. Granted, they are missing Jamison, but they have so many scorers on that team that they should still be averaging over 100 ppg. Holding them to 90 is absolutely outstanding.

Me too. This was a quality win. SOLID TEAM EFFORT

Cavs: Shaq showed up. Lebron did not have to take over.
Shaq did exactly what I hoped he would do against this team-equalize Brenda Haywood.
Boobie stepped up. Mo was adequate. Parker needs to relax a little bit and start hitting shots, but I liked our depth. If we pick up another PG we will be set at guard.
I would still like to see JJ step up at some point to provide some depth.
Keys were Shaq getting Blache and Brenda Haywood in foul trouble.
Boobie stepping up.

Whizzers: Peed all over themselves. NOT A GOOD TEAM EFFORT
AFter all the hype about the Cavs-they couldn't get it done.
They won the first quarter and when faced with a surging Cavs game-fell completely apart.
Big Zero played his typical game. It's early in the season, but has he learned anything during his long layoff. Play after play he missed team mates and shots for that matter.
WTF happened to Karom Butler (sic) after the first quarter? Was he hurt?
I don't recall hearing from Butler the second half.

The Whizzers have potential, but a long way to go.
So much for scoring 100 plus points.

The Cavs went a long long way to calming all of our fears tonight.
It wasn't the Celtics or Lakers, but it showed the potential this team has.

One happy Northern Virginia resident here!!!

Let me add that the Whizzer commentators are blaming it all on Haywood not getting calls.
The charge and the "hook" that Shaq got a call on got poor Brenda upset and the poor Whizzers couldn't play basketball after that.

Boo effing hoo.

ATTACK MODE DELTA

In all seriousness...I just like reading what they say about us and watch their game threads go from glee to anger to sorrow. It entertains me. I don't ever post.

Haha their posts are absolutely priceless... I didn't think there could be anyone that bitched and moaned about officiating as much as Stan Van Jeremy, but then the Wizards fan base proved me wrong.

The tears of Wiz fans fuel my lifeblood. Every post is a cry about the refs, I eat it up like candy. Like fucking candy I tell you.

Not hurt, but absolutely shut down.

HAHAHA Yes!!!!

They've been thinking they are as good or better than us for years even after we bend them over, pull their hair, and forcibly rape them year after year.

You have no idea, remember that scene in Jarhead with the oil raining down and them opening their mouths and soaking it in? That's like me after a Wizards beatdown, I just sit there with my mouth open shaking my head, tongue out as the Wizard tears rain down upon me and I just fucking eat them up and bathe in them before licking my lips and prancing off into the distance

fucking great i tell you

Wow. Very upset I had to work tonight. Although when I was tracking the game on my phone and saw we were down 18 early in the second, I had flashbacks to how pissed off I was last Wednesday when I was tracking the Toronto game at work and was glad I wasn't watching that disgrace.

Glad to see we pulled this one out, though. Saw Shaq pretty much put their entire frontline in foul trouble--great to see him not only contribute with points and rebounds tonight, but with the physical inside presence we've been craving.

Any ideas where I could see a replay of this game tonight? Anyone have this archived or anything? If not I'll probably just search for a davka torrent tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

Parker shot horrible from the field but i felt he was good on the defensive end today. Very active.

Note to the Wizards and their dumb-as-rocks fan base:

You need to actually win for it to be considered a rivalry.

lmao that one guy is fucking crazy "BLAH BLAH BLAH BANDWAGON CAVS FANS! BLAH"

I like how they only have 5 members posting

Parker did annoy me tonight. I won't lie. Seems like every shot was an off balance fade away. Big no no.

ROFL!

I know. "Fuck them they chanted MVP!"

Those dudes rip on Lebron so much, if they had Lebron though they'd be sucking his schlong and jizzing themselves daily over him.

See, as annoying as bandwagon fans are, it's also pretty flattering that we have them. Think about it...

Only good teams have bandwagon fans.
