LeVert was the bigger problem than Garland missing 2 3's. Held the ball looking to score froze everyone else out.
 
I still believe we avoid the play in. We’re not losing 4.5 games to the Heat with 9 games to play, the Heat haven’t been looking good either

I would LOVE to have the Knicks

At this point, fuck it. I'll take any scenario that increases the likelihood of change. JBB putting the team in a position to get curb stomped by the Knicks again is not unwelcome.
 
The Cavs need more motion in the offense. Mobley is a ideal motion player fwiw.
 
Turning to Levert to be your playmaker in crunch time is like playing with fire while holding a live grenade on thin ice. That is not who he is. He is not a PG. He's a combo guard. I know Donovan is out and they have probably been fooled by some nice assist numbers, but Levert running the show for long stretches is just not winning ball.

The fact that they keep turning to Caris speaks to how awful Garland has been in pressure situations.

I didn't watch the game but I trust Caris more than Garland in crunch time. He is not going to get his shot blocked like someone else.
 
Maybe, but pressure situations are a team game. Just going iso is low percentage. Garland had quite a few iso victories for the Cavs that made sure the game was in hand last season. Not so much this year with his issues(which imo won't be rectified until summer). It's exposing JB's complete lack of offensive scheme and lack of motion.

Oh absolutely we need to move the ball east go west with some motion and more off ball screens to get the defense on their heels. Were a lost cause with subpar iso game sans Mitchell.
 
Cavs are now 12-17 with Garland and no Mitchell the last two seasons.

I know Kermit has been beating the drum that this all due to the schedule just somehow lining up perfectly, but, well, Charlotte.



22-6 with Mitchell and no Garland the last two seasons.
 
Enlighten me. How can Cavs fans remain positive ? Is it left over LeBron fans that cheer for other teams in the NFL and MLB that are successful so they can withstand 1 failure? Are they fans like my dead grandfather "if they dont win its a shame" aww shucks attitude? Did ur diety forEcast info that the Cavs will win it all in 2047? As a Cleveland fan I can only get kicked in the nuts 4 so long. Perhaps thats why wise men dont get wrapped up in something thats out of their control when odds r stacked.IDK
