The only guy who's put together complete good games ithis series is Jarrett Allen. I love JA, but this team is not in good shape if he has to be your best player.

Agreed, he is a great guy good player but not the alpha. You need at least one alpha to win a championship in the NBA.

Morris and TT need to be in the rotation. When the magic go on runs you need guys to push and shove, get a tech, break their rhythm. Intimidate them a little.

They‘re both washed as rotation playoff players. The idea of the “Bash Bros” is better than the reality, sadly.

Outside of the main eight rotation players and, maybe, a bit of Merrill we don’t have guys that can hang with the Magic. I don’t think Merrill is playable myself but I’m not dying on that hill.

Mitchell IS an alpha but Mitchell needs a beta (which he doesn’t have)!
It’ll be tough finding that player but this team goes nowhere without that second level scoring 6’8 athletic wing player.

Doing that on a random day against some random team in the regular season isn’t impressive. He doesn’t make his teammates better. Doesn’t cut, pass particular well. This team has regressed playing with him.

Mitchell can be an alpha when he isn't hobbled, but he can't overcome playing through injuries like Embiid or other physical specimens, he needs all his athleticism to overcome his lack of length.

Mitchell's problem isn't that he doesn't have a beta, it's that he's surrounded by zetas (except for JA).
