Only 4 players are under contract: Embiid, Paul Reid, Jeff Dowtin and Ricky Council. Embiid is the only guaranteed contract per above now that they didn’t make it through the 1st round. Dowtin is a club option and both Reid and Council are non-guaranteed. Talk about flexibility.

At this point I’d actively look to trade him to the west. No idea the package you could get for him, but with Maxey’s age I’d be looking for the right pieces to build around him.

They would have a shitload of money in FA, a young star guys will want to play with, a good coach, and whatever they get from an Embiid trade. If you’re going to do it, now is the time with effectively a blank slate.

Hart is 29 and Okoro is what just 23? Okoro is still young... But man if Hart is not on something to help elevate his game and play these kind of minutes... He has been a machine...

He only excels at defense and in the fast break. Until he can up his three point volume while at an average to above average %, I would be anxious about the Cavs giving him an extension. He's been borderline unplayable in this series.

After 4 seasons, he's just a guy.
