The Western conference powers have dominated the voting thus far. Can the Eastern conference lead by Miami, Detroit, Cleveland and New Jersey challenge, or will the upbeat Phoenix Suns and rising Clippers continue the West dominance?

Poll will be up soon.

I went with Miami here. Hard to discount the champions who have kept their entire core together. I guess we will see Shaq make his now typical slow start to the season with him dominating when it matters.

Miami Heat, no question. They are the 2006 NBA Champs for a reason. Don't be suprised to see the Heat make another playoff run this upcoming season.

I just don't think much of the Heat. I didn't think much of them in the offseason, during the season, post season or even as champs. Don't know what it is. Just too many players I just don't respect or like. Jason Williams, Antoine Walker, Derek Anderson...ugh, I can't believe they all have rings now. How screwed up is that?

miami for sure,i dont think i need to really explain.

Yup Id say Miami as well. D-Wade is awesome. Detroit lost a little losing Ben, but i think they'll be up there as well.

Gotta respect the Champs, even if their title is questionable, cuz the refs seemed to be on Miami/D-Wade's side.

The Cavs will take Miami this year. Period.

We'll close this one off with Miami Heat taking the 3rd ranking in RCF's official Power Rankings.
