The Bee reported, however, that it is unlikely Artest will spend any more time in jail. Judge Frances Kearney stayed 10 days of the sentence, and Artest may apply to serve the rest of the sentence in a work release program or similar alternative. Artest was credited with one day in jail for time served after he was arrested.

What is the point of saying you have time in jail if you dont have to serve time in jail?!

Either way, I hope the Kings deal him to the Cavs.

The guy has so many screws loose. I cannot fathom us making a del for him. If we were to talk, the outcome would have to favour us bigtime due to the bagage Artest comes with.

Artest and Jail in the same sentence...That doesn't make any sense.

It reminds me a little of Tyson, such a special talent going to waste. Course, Artest is as talented or as crazy as Tyson, but you follow me.

A guy who starves his own dog deserves a lot worse than he got.

Don't want him here. He's good but don't need him and his problems.

Yeah, and I don't exactly want him influencing LeBron.

Remember Ricky Davis? Management said they traded him away because they didn't want him to influence other players (Z was named, not LeBron o_O).
