From BW's blog:

: Hey, Brian: Eddy Curry and Gerald Wallace are hot names on
the trade front right now. Any chance the Cavs get involved
as a third team? -- Chuck Nicklow, San Francisco

A: Hey, Chuck: I could see the Cavs and Charlotte Bobcats
eventually doing some business down the road. I believe
Wallace is one of the most underrated players in the NBA
though he has a long contract (four years and $40 million
owed after this season) and I'm not exactly sure where
he'd fit on the Cavs since his natural position is
small forward. The Bobcat the Cavs would like to get their
hands on, I believe, is shooting guard Jason Richardson. As
of now, Charlotte is looking for big men and they have past
interest in both Curry and Anderson Varejao. But the Cavs
are not in a position to give up a big man right now,
especially Andy, without getting one in return.

Just found it to be intersesting

Maybe we can work out a deal where we get J-Rich and Collison

I dont feel like trying to work out trade machine but if someone else wants too.....

You can do something like this, don't know if it would work though.... It would money wise but i don't know if the Thunder would do it, if the Bobcats keep struggling i can see them doing it.

cavs get:
JRich
Collison

bobcats get:
AV
Wally
1st round pick

thunder get:
Pavs
May

not willing to part with andy for a chucker in richardson

As nice as it would be to get Richardson, he is not worth losing AV at this point. Our Front court can't afford to take any more hits. Collison does not excite me in the least.

J-Rich is a chucker because his team sucks.

Im thinkin we can keep AV and curry goes to charlotte.

So like Curry and Wally to charlotte.

J-Rich to cleveland

May and Felton to NY

I have no idea if those salarys work. Just a thought.

Then maybe on the side we can deal a 2nd rounder to NJ for Sean Willams.

Id prefer Gerald Wallace. His defense and hussle would be an amazing fit, even if he usually plays the 3 more than the 2.

Plus he aint that bad of a shooter at all, people just focus on that because of how good he is going to the basket.

I hope Ferry is workin somethin out for Wallace. Windhorst didnt actually say hes a bad fit, just that he usually plays the 3 and has a long contract.

I'd love either one of these guys. If Charlotte is really interested in Curry we could send Wally to NY, Curry and our first to Charlotte, and we get J-Rich/Crash

to ny: wally
to cle: jrich, mardy collins
to char: curry, our 2nd

I feel the same way but if somehow charlotte can get curry then I dont think we'll have to give up AV.

I doubt anything involving J-Rich is actually going to happen.

I can't see the Bobcats giving up their best offensive player for anything we have... He's the best player on that team and giving him up for really not much of anything, doesn't make too much sense..

He's a nice player in all but he doesn't exactly fit the mold of what this team needs at the 2-guard spot...
