1st off we gave him 55 million. 2nd He is a top 5 center in the entire league. I'm not being a hypocrite, we gave Z what many think is a modest contract for the type of service he brings every game. We courted Redd for 72 million, for 72 million he is a good player for 96-100 uh no way in hell he is worth that much, he isn't 15 mill a year player thats where you're getting into AI Tmac Dirk and people like that money. Bobby Simmons had 1 year of like 16 ppg so you throw 50 million at him? Z has proven through his career what he does and it takes Bobby Simmons 5 years in the league to get to 16 ppg? And it seems you guys had a larger need then SF you had Mason who is alos overpaid for what he does which is the occasional highlight reel dunk. You guys could use a powerforward and sorry but Joe Smith was alright 6 years ago but not anymore, so you pretty much spent everything you have on your back court, when you got physically man handled down low. And Bogut is supposed to change it all and be Shaq? nah not happenin he has bust written all over him. But I don't see how you can think TJ Ford is better then Jamaal Tinsley when he made a few nifty plays and then got hurt and has proven nothing whatsoever, or how Bobby Simmons is better then Tayshaun?!? when Tayshaun has proved to be worth more then Simmons by locking down players in the playoffs and helping his team wherever they are lacking. Sorry but Curry is also better then Bogut you can't rank someone over top of someone else when they have proved nothing. Only in small instances can a player be highly ranked as a rookie, Iverson Duncan James and such.. I'm not a homer and i'm not afraid of other viewpoints, it's just when you see something so blatantly false it's kinda hard to hold back. But so far we are the most improved team in free agency finished ahead of you and yet you are the better team? Z LeBron Larry sounds much much better then Redd Bobby and Bogut if you ask me. We aren't here to talk about the past either, yea we haven't make the playoffs in a while but what have the Bucks done either? We are supposed to be talking about the here and now and the fact is we are the better team. btw nice pickup on Terry Stotts he worked wonders in Atlanta.

That is true jamaal is a tough player one of the top 15 pgs in the league imo..ford hasn't earned anything yet neither has bogut it's unfair to rank unproven players over guys who have earned their stripes. Sorry Lepip It stormed here hardcore we were out shopping for a new router and we had to pull over then the power was out from 3-8 so i slept for 5 hours and i'm wired...

Don't be a hypocrite CavsDawg. You just gave 60mil to a 30 year old slow, injury prone center. You also gave 70 mil to a guy that's played on more teams than I can count. Worry about your own spending. Can't take any objectivity or opposing viewpoints?

Why do you keep mentioning the fact that Simmons and Redd received market contracts? The Bucks' salary cap is in great shape for years to come. We didn't hurt ourselves with these deals. Are you trying to make a rational corrolation between contract size and player regression? Are they not going to be the same Michael Redd and Bobby Simmons next year. What does the size of their contract have to do with what they're going to do on the court next year? You court Redd and try and figure out a way to match Milwaukee's offer and then you turn around and say he's overpaid.....hypocrite.
