My favorite Christmas song for years is "Christmas Wrapping" by The Waitresses. I always knew they were a half Ohio and half New York punk scene band. They only lasted a few years but had a great sound. I always respected the lead singer's post-punk sarcastic delivery.

I found out years later Patty Donahue - the singer for the Waitresses - was a Cleveland girl who went to Saint Joseph's and Kent State. Again, all the best stuff is from Cleveland and you just didn't realize it.
