Damage from Hurricane Ike with Pics

Im not sure what all you guys are seeing on the news up there in Ohio or around the US. All of the friends I have talked to said there hasn't been much media coverage. Just to give you guys an idea of what is really going on down here, we are missing over 5k people ( only 1600 died in Katrina) we are over an estimated 20 billion dollar loss so far and that number is climbing. The title surge was over 26 feet in some places, and the destruction has been unreal. We have schools that are going to be closed for up to two months in some places, and permanatly in Galveston. There are some places that will not have power for up to a year.

I have seen a lot of damage from Hurricanes over the years but this is just almost unbelievable.
