Joe Biden has done something else to get on Obama's nerves. I wish I had video of that, but this guy cut Obama off while he was talking and said the most random thing.

I love Joe Biden, but he seems to be wearing thin on Obama as of late. I'm sure they had a meeting about his "behavior" after the failed joke.
