"Edwards upbeat as Browns wrap camp"

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What makes that kinda funny is just how awful DA's throw was in that video.

He intentionally put it there so the defenders wouldn't have a chance to get it. :chuckles:

Watch this video & tell me if you want Marshall on your team. You know what they say, "Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional."

I'll keep the BE, thank you.

If I wanted to see a temper tantrum, I'll just make my 5 year old mad.

BE at least seems like his head is getting turned in the right direction. The quotes he makes are two sided. If he doesn't speak, he'll be viewed as an outcast and uncaring prick. His words aren't the most well thought out, but you can tell he's trying. Let's just hope his choosing of remarks get better as this year plays out.

Every receiver drops the ball. But if BE wants us to overlook something like 10 drops, there better be 85+ receptions with 1000+ yards and 8+ touchdowns attached with it. Or at least 2 out of those 3 requirements. I'm a BE supporter all the way, but if he's not our #1 then he'll have to go. We have plenty of young guys to step up and be our #2 and #3 receivers. We just need that #1.

Sometimes I wonder if you CAN get away with a few #2 and #3 quality guys. On one hand, you've got guys like Kurt Warner who is working with three #1 quality guys and had a similar situation in St. Louis. Peyton Manning and Tom Brady have had similar situations.

On the other hand, you've got a guy like Roethlisberger who's never had a consistent #1 quality guy, but has had guys who are the best in their class at the #2, #3 type of receiver. Ward and Holmes are basically two #2s.

Here's hoping that Mass and Robo prove to be #2 quality guys, cause I just don't see Bray playing like a #1 consistently. Hope I'm wrong.

If we had the Steelers D, then I'd say yeah. Our Defense is our biggest weakness anyway it's looked at. If we never get a top 10 Defense, then we're..........screwed, especially in the AFC North.

Manning plays in a Dome most of the time and Warner is out in the desert and don't see the weather our team faces. Brady(Tom) has a Defense to help back him up, but he don't much as he's elite. Big Ben may not be top 5 QB in my book, but he manages a game and I don't see him collapsing under the pressure of a Franchise QB.

We need a QB to also step up and take charge and command respect in the huddle and take the starting spot. Too much QB carousel the past couple of years. Hard to rally behind the guy who you don't know is "The" guy.

He went for 1,000 yards last year despite being on a team with two of the top receivers in the game. He only started half the games he played in.

Oddly enough by changing two words around in my post you make it sound different than it was intended. I said he was a #1 quality guy not a quality #1. What I mean is, he's not established as a #1 but he's got the potential.

I thought you preferred a good quality #2 over a quality #1.
