I know the raw number of rebounds Mobley pulled down in game 2 wasn't impressive, but looking beyond the box score--every rebound he pulled down seemed to be a "man's rebound." Mobley and JA were absolutely sonning the Magic on the glass. It was nice to see after the way last year's playoff run ended.

Issac and Banchero are not able to hold their own on the glass against Mobley and Allen, that's for sure.

M.Wagner and Carter are better equipped to get some boards. The Magic should consider leaving one of them in to shadow Allen at all times. They got 6 fouls each. That should get them 30 mins of floor time. =)

But at the end of the day, as long as Mobley keeps neutralizing Banchero, Magic are going to find it hard to win.

Isn't Goga the guy to try against Allen?

I propose a new nickname for Mobley after today: The Swifter.

I saw him on the ground more times today than the brooms that absorb sweat from the paint.

Dude is getting outplayed by Franz Wagner....

Taking Mobley over Scottie was the miss of the century.
two years ago I would have said Mobley was the best pick in his draft class. Today I'm wondering if he will end up top 5.

His lack of development on the offensive end is extremely disappointing. I just cannot see anything from watching him which makes me say “this dude is gonna be a force”.

The lack of shooting touch and strength is concerning and while his passing is a nice skill it is but useless if he is not an offensive threat at all.

I said this in the game thread but it seems crazy that JBB took this long to get Mobley reps to create for himself. He basically has had a offense of feeding Mobley easy dunks and lobs for 3 seasons and it dawned on him in a playoff game that maybe Mobley needs to try to create for himself.
