Game 29| Wizards @ Cavs| Dec. 25, 2008| 8:00PM

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Like I said in the Wally contract thread:

the thing you posted is pretty flawed to be quite honest... the sooner the trade, the faster it could mess up the chemistry also. Right now is probably the worst time to make a trade since we are so hot.

Being that i don't really believe in the traditional thought of chemistry i don't really care either way..

I agree that chemistry may not be as big a factor as some perceive. So, if that is the main reason Ferry doesn't make a move, I have some concern with that.

As for my post about the sooner the better for chemistry issues, I wouldn't call it flawed. I would much rather have a let down now, than at the end of the year and playoffs when it really counts...

I was courtside last night and I guess I was on tv a few times, channel 19 had me too... I was wearing LBJ white jersey or new Navy Witness shirt (depending on if I cought the shirt yet or not) and Navy and Wine Cavs Santa hat...

That game was WAY too close for comfurt! Wally was playing some terrible ball and MB kept him in, why?

Best part of the night, well second to the Cavs winning, was ragging on DeShawn :chuckles:

mo becoming a fan favorite!! boy was that 3 a much needed bucket in the clutch!!

is it safe to say Av is once again a fan favorite???????????????

He is clearly coasting.

Lebron is a creature of habits and precise routine on his gamedays. He ususally has a set routine when he's home fom the time he wakes up til gametime ...today, everything was out of wack for him due to Christmas.

You could tell he was out of his normal flow before the game I was told. He didn't have his usual two to three hour nap, didn't have his normal massage ....just everything had him less prepared. I'm sure he was up for Christmas gifts far earlier than usual, etc ...

He's a human being...a father of children on Christmas day. Even though he's Lebron James, he's entitled to be a father, husband, son, and family man on this day.

He'll be back to normal now ...

LEBRONS BACK IS NOT GOOD i hope i'm wrong, hopefully we won't hear anything, but keep an eye on windy's blog, he'll have it in there if it is an issue

His back has been an issue of late, but, they are usually able to get it loosened up through his massage ritual that he goes through ..but, as I stated previously, his usual routine was altered on Christmas.

Lebron didnt even act like his back hurt at all? Didnt even wince in pain or grab for it.

The way it was always explained to me is he will complain from time to time about it tightening up. He's young and through some massage and light treatment he's usually fine.

I would bet that as he approaches his 30's, and into his 30's, his back may be the issue with his health that will need watched the most. He's 24, and he needs to start with a good preventitive program now, to keep it as strong as possible, for as long as possible.

The tightness he is experiencing now, is a warning sign for the future.

Thanks for the insight W&G, I figured the fact that it was Christmas had an adverse effect on the effort both offensively and defensively. I don't expect to see this type of effort repeated and I'm sure Mike Brown will demand quite a bit more from the guys now that Christmas has passed. I'm just glad that nobody was injured. It's also nice to see Cavs prevail in a close game which had all signs pointing towards a loss. I really felt that this was over and somehow it turned on a dime in the end.
