He better rarely play. This would have been nice a few years ago, but now he will just be taking time away from a younger player that actually has potential. But if he is only playing every once in a while, then whatever, I don't really care. Why the hell would he want to come here though? I guess no winning teams wanted him.

He won't take time away from the Younger players. He is there to fill in, and give the young guys a rest. You can't have a whole team of young players, i think he will be a good utility guy if he stays healthy.
