I have a Ipod Touch 64 gig 3rd generation to sell. It is jailbroken and it has the new 4.0.1 software on it. I have about 6700 songs on the Ipod already and there is I think 14 gig left. The touch comes with a rubberized case and the USB cable. The back of the Ipod has a few scratches on it but the screen is fine. I'm asking around $320 for the Ipod. You're asking for roughly $50 less than retail price because it's jailbroken? You have to be kidding me.

Tell you what, drop it to $150 and I'll talk to you. Until then, this thread should just be deleted. What a joke.

I should probably stay out of this but......Just google the ipod. Do you know how much cheaper you can get one? Hell, look on E-bay. Normally I wouldn't mess with people who are trying to sell their stuff but it does annoy me when your trying to rip someone off. But hey, I guess if that person is stupid enough to hand over the money you gotta take it right?

with the new Ipods coming out next week I am willing to lower the price of my Ipod to $250 which I still think is a pretty fair deal. let me know.

No way, not compared to the new ones, you should have sold that about a month or two ago.

New one has:
Front facing camera
rear facing HD VIDEO
way thinner
retina display

I say over, some idiots on there will bid it up to what it costs new. The seller just has to watch for scammers on ebay though. Once you ship the item some people will report their card stolen or do a chargeback. People are shady when it comes to electronics.
