I dont think a heated arguement between 2 players is always a bad thing.
Depending on who the players are it may actually make them play better and bring more out of them.

Shaq and Kobe argued to the point of dislike and they still played great as a team.

Lebron James is an incredible basketball player but he does have some maturing to do. If Larry Hughes is riding the guy to take a better shot selection or to play some defense then I'm all about it. I mean do you really think the management team has the balls to get on Lebrons case when hes so close to his contract year? I doubt it. Good for Larry if it's true and if it's for the reasons I hope it is.
