I got a DUI recently, and ive learned you have to plan ahead if your gonna drink that night. If I had the bankroll of an NBA player, Id hire a limo every time i decided to have a night out. This whole situation is gonna damage his rep for sure.

I saw this earlier and thought it was hillarious when i read the article. The video is so much better. The guy who can barely speak english is hillarious. Sure his car just got jacked up by an NBA player. Sure said NBA player agreed to buy him a new car of his choosing (Aston Martin anyone?) to not report it. The cops show up, tell everyone they're not doing anything, not going to test him for alcohol, its pretty clear he's getting off with the minimum. Why didn't the guy just get a brand new car. At the very end when the dude is complaining that his civil liberties were violated, i just lost it there. Where exactly in the constitution does it say anything about that? Dude watched the news one too many times and thinks he's an expert on civil liberties and now he's out a brand new car. At best now he'll get the insurance to pay to replace the car. I don't know about you guys but i'd take the upgrade car any day of the week over a long drawn out court battle that will ultimatly give me mabye what i had before it all happened.

P.s.
What would it take to get this guy here in cleveland? Yeah, i know he masturbates and drives while intoxicated (all at the same time) but really, we could all park our cars around the Q and at least one of us would probably end up with a new car. If the cavs don't have to give up to much, i'd want them to look into it. One of us could be upgrading our vehicle soon here.
