NBA announces postseason seeding format change

Under the new rules we would have been the #3 seed instead of #4:

I like the rule changes being made for this season.
1) seeding changes
2) postseason rosters expanding to 15, instead of 13
3) timeout changes

Would have played Miami instead of Detroit right?

Not sure that would have been a good thing or a bad thing but in the long run we would have had to beat both so it really doesnt matter to me that much. The new way seem more fair.

Yes, we would have played Miami in the 2nd round. Probably would have been a fun series but in reality we should have been playing them in the ECF's this year. Should have won Game 6, damnit...
