The source is a Spainish article but the link and translation is on hoopshype.

Anyway, the gist of it is that Pau is open to moving elsewhere since he does not believe the Grizzlies are getting any better.

What would it take to get him? Probably AV and Z...well worth it in my opinion.

Throw in Hakim Warrick and you got a deal.

Grizz wouldn't throw in Warrick. We'd probably have to take back Cardinal's contract as well.

Worse things than Brian Cardinal.

I like both Z and AV but right now I think I would be willing to trade both for Gasol.
Pau would be the best player in that deal and is still fairly young. I'd want to see if his foot is ok though. I believe this is his 2nd foot injury.

Z will start aging a little in the coming seasons and his numbers will drop. AV will probably take big money to resign so if you can get Gasol, who is a quality versatile big man, for them, than I think you do it.

Gasol for AV and Z would be a steal. I can see the logo demanding a 1st from the Cavs as well. Z is 30plus with a huge contract. AV doesn't have any offense at this point and the Griz still have Warrick and Swift. This is a nice team for the Cavs to deal with though. Lots of possibilities. Great spot to dump Hughes, Z, or even Snow.

Gasol and the Eddie Jones contract would represent a major coup for the Cavs and prime them for elite status for the next decade. As of right now, James is the only reliable commodity looking 3-5 years out.
