Well, after all that, we are nine games over .500 and came out of January looking very solid with a winning month. What do you guys think we will do in February. I'm going on the safe side and assuming Hughes will be out until the All-Star Break, even though some have speculated that he may be back in time for the Washington game next week.

1 New Jersey W

4 Philadelphia W
6 Mlwaukee W
8 @Minnesota L
10 @Washington W
11 Golden State W

26 @Detroit L
27 Detroit W

With the way we have been playing of late, along with the fact that we always play the top teams extremely well at home, I see 10-4 as realistic considering there aren't too many tough road games. After Miami and Detroit, all the other road games are very winnable. Also, getting Hughes back will be a shot in the arm for this team. If they can go 10-4 or 9-5 this month, we can just about coast to the 4th seed as March has two homestands (3 and 4 games) and a bunch of garbage on the road (Chicago, Orlando, Toronto and Houston).

1 New Jersey W
2 @Miami L ( I htink we have a chance to win this game if Z dominates shaq again)
4 Philadelphia W
6 Mlwaukee W
8 @Minnesota W
10 @Washington W
11 Golden State W
13 San Antonio L ( I just think the Spurs have our number)
15 @Boston W

All-Star Break

21 Orlando W
22 @Philadelphia W
24 Washington W
26 @Detroit L
27 Detroit L (I hope I am wrong here because I know we can play with this team but they are very good)

Overall 10-4 which i think is being a little optimistic but to tell you the truth I can not get a handle on this team to save my life....We are playing well right now and we get Larry back sometime during this stretch (hopefully) So I think we will have about 8-10 wins this month which wont be bad heading into March at full strength and 100% healthy

u have use losing both aganist the pistons, which we already beat them by 13pts, we might lose 1 but to lose them both is not going to happen... negative nancy...

sorry, its just what I think is going to happen....like I said I hope I am wrong but man those pistons are playing good

Detroit back to back? That's tough..

Id look for 8-9 wins.

Winning against middle of the road teams like Phili and Boston on their court will determine this. Home games against the Spurs and Pistons are mighty tests. I'm looking at an 8-6 record, but thats just me playing in safe.

If we win most games without Larry, we will be giving detroit all they can handle in the second round.

1 New Jersey L (we never play well against them)

I agree with that one cavs1.

Except I see us beating Jersey, we are at home so we should be able to get that one. Philly might be the one that Id switch that L with.

In addition the Nets played the Pistons tonight and even though they did win they still have to play back-to-back nights.

Also i think we can win all the road games except in Detriot, a game that will probably be the biggest game of the year for this team. If the Cavs can win in Detriot and then beat them in the Q we should believe that this team will beat them in the playoffs if we are to meet.
