When it rains, it pours. Right now, the Cavaliers are not only hurting and struggling, they are getting unlucky too. There are a few shots that stand out on this trip that I considered "lucky" that ended up killing us.

One point loss to the Lakers: Kobe's miracle 3 at the end of the first quarter with newble in his shorts, falling out of bounds to beat the buzzer.

One point loss to the Nuggets: The second it happened, I knew it would determine the outcome of the game. When Najera hit that wild three that almost hit the friggin' ceiling I thought to myself, "That's an airball 9 out of 10 times. Figures the "one" would be against us."

It figures, though. When things are going poorly, the opposition will make miraculous shots against good defense. Free throw shooting has killed us the most, but think about the outcomes of these two games if these prayers didn't drop (especially Najera's last night)

It would be a miracle if the Cavs could shoot better than 57 % from the foul line.Even with all the injuries, the guys have been in ever game during this 5 game losing streak. This could have been a winning streak if not for the pathetic free throw shooting.

exactly, ive been saying the same thing. yet, if we make a couple more free throws are we that much better as a team??? i guess i doesnt matter, as long as you get the win.
