we can break down the season into 3 segments:

we first went on a 9-2 tear, then crashed on a 2-7 slump (11-9), then followed it up by another 9-2 sprint (20-11), albeit not as noticed as the first one. is another 2-7 looming before us? we just lost to new york... one of the worst defeats this season next to atlanta's probably... it seems inevitable...

3 factors:
1. jones is freezing ice cold
2. hughes is out for 2 months
3. road trip
