Hi Cavs Fans,

First post here, so I'll introduce myself very quickly: I Live in Europe, I'm 29 years old and I'm a Shaq-fan since he played with the Orlando Magic. I managed to see him play once in 2008, when I was on holidays in Canada and drove to Detroit to see the Detroit-Phoenix matchup.
I'm revisiting Canada in May (+/- 10th to 25th), which will be around the ECSF - ECF playoff time period.
I know the Q is sold-out most of the time, if not always, and I'm opening this topic to ask you guys what my chances will be to get a ticket for one of the home games and what it would cost, ranging from the lower seats to the higher seats (estimates). Also, which site is recommended for buying the tickets?

Thanks in advance!

You can always find tickets on FlashSeats.com or StubHub.com.

It's not very likely that you'll find any at regular price. Playoff tickets sell out almost immediately.

Playoff tickets start at $15 - 20 for the cheapest seats, and $100 - 200 for lower level (for regular price, which you probably won't find). Prices go up for each round.

Prices on Flash Seats and Stub Hub usually go for between 2x to 4x face value depending on the round. For the ECF, you'd probably be looking in the $80 - 100 per seat at the minimum for upper level end seats.

When I saw the Phoenix game in Detroit I had seats comparable to sections 123-128 & 106-111 on this Quicken Loans arena map. In fact I had a seat that would be in section 109. What would a playoff ticket cost in the sections 123-128 & 106-111?

For the ECF?

Well, if it's any comparison, right now tickets on Stub Hub for the March 14 regular season game against the Celtics (which would be comparable to demand for playoff tickets), seats in the 109 section are going for between $706 and $884 per seat.

That might go down a bit closer to game time, but you never know.
