Jay Williams ?

From what i've read, the Heat are strongly considering signing him up (that would make two Jason Williams on one team).... But seriously, what could it hurt ?

I believe the Cavs took a look at him earlier in the summer, and I believe some nba officials thought he was still a few months away from being NBA ready... Well, the months have passed, and his names is being whispered around again...

He was always a solid defender...I don't know how that accident will effect his movement ? But if he's healed completely, his knowledge of the game (duke guy) and the fact he can play defense, could be a valuable contributer to this PG desperate team...

If te guy could regain the form that made him the #2 pick in the draft, I say we take a look...

We already have a full roster, so are we talking about releasing Mike Wilks. In our slump I think we are all ears to making changes but I don't see this one working out. There's no doubting he'll come out all hustle, but he'll likely be lacking a step or two. If we could sign him then send him to the NBDL, then I'd consider it but he cannot. I'll pass there Pip.
