Undisciplined. No offense. Non-creative. Penalties. You can't start series at 1st and 15 to go. Three different times that's how we started. That's coaching. No discipline.
The kid can't be blamed for poor coaching and play calling. He can't be blamed for poor O line play. He doesn't call the plays otherwise we would be seeing more creativity in the plays. This is all on Fickell and the offense coordinator. All of it.

Holy shit... I thought I'd seen vanilla offense before, but HOLY SHIT!!!!
Don't give me "But, but, he's a freshman...." Unless he's only had 1 day of practice, chances are he knows more than 4 handoff running plays and a qb draw.
We should be putting the smash on Mich. State right now. Our running game would be soooo beasty right now if we could only get 150 passing yards on a weekly basis. But that is not going to happen this year...
And I'm on the struggle w/ Miller train as well... But our coaching is weak at best...

I find it hard to believe given the talent, that coaching is making that much of a difference in this game.
This team is young and not that good yet. Can anyone really argue otherwise at this point?
With that said, backtracking to Bauserman is pretty dumb.

I believe that after this season, the university will take a good long look at offering Jim Tressel a contract. They have to know by now this was a mistake forcing him out.

I like our running game. Even with 8-9 guys in the box with no respect for the pass, our backs look good at times.
I understand the QB group is the least talented on our team, but there are ways of at least making them servicable. Our offensive gameplan is pathetic. I think you'd have to agree.
