If he can show up and rebound hard from the get go, then he could prove useful.
Saw him get stuffed at the rim 3 times, only once by an opposing player. Not saying he'll be a bust because of it, just that it was a little alarming.

Yeah, that's what stood out to me (getting stuffed at the rim multiple times). He didn't seem to show any of the offensive game we were expecting to see. I noticed the rebounds in the box score, so, yeah that's a positive sign. I didn't comment on any of that because it was just one game - but he did look surprisingly short .vs. Gasol.

I'm really liking this Indiana team. I think maybe having them as a 6 seed was a little low. They have a very Memphis like roster. Just well rounded from top to bottom. And they are especially dangerous if Paul George can be as good as he looks like he can be...and if Danny Granger doesn't eff it up.

Did I say they were championship contenders or a potential dynasty? Didn't think so.

But you did say maybe putting them as a 6 seed is a "little too low" which is pretty lol to say when again, they beat up on trash. if they beat the Cavs Friday will you then say top 4 is too low?

In other news, LeBron has yet to take a 3 this season.

    Interesting, to say the least.

And unsurprisingly he's been absurdly efficient on offense.

It's like he's finally actually serious about maximizing his potential. First the post-game work over the summer, then a significantly improved shot selection. Only question is why did it take so long...

Watched the first quarter of the Bobcats game. I counted at least 3 LeBron post-ups in which he scored easily.

Oh well, he's gonna go back to hero ball when it matters.

Cats with a chance to win it here, or push it to OT.

Barring injury, the Heat are most likely going to be the best team in the NBA in the regular season. The playoffs bring more half-court basketball, so it will be interesting to see what happens. I think New York, Chicago, and even Boston have the ammunition to take them out in the playoffs. Hopefully one of them does, or Wade tears his ACL...either/or...

I think they're better than both Atlanta and Orlando, which all but puts them into the top 5 in the East.

Now, what the hell has happened to Devin Harris? I remember when it seemed stupid as hell to trade him away for an old Jason Kidd...but it doesn't look so stupid anymore. Guy is just a non-factor in a lot of games these days.

Such an odd start to this season. I'm not sure how seriously to take some of these scores right now. Dallas looking like a joke, Boston looking horrible, and New Orleans looking like a legitimate team. Just not sure...
