Re: Public Cause For Tribe Fans (Chuck Knoblauch and his wife are in)
How about a quick simile: Watching the Browns from '99-'12 is like waiting for someone to finish shitting when you've gotta go piss real bad. Now imagine waiting on a 12 year shit...

Chuck Knoblauch is a former Klan member.... That's why it's relevant...

Re: Public Cause For Tribe Fans (Chuck Knoblauch and his wife are in)
I never comment on stupid threads, but this thread might be the dumbest thing I've read on these boards. I can't think of anytime in my baseball career when I thought it would be cool to wear a blank hat or someone else thought it would be cool. Who gives a flying fuck if Chuck Knoblauch or some musicians want a fucking plain navy hat. No shit a musician would want that. Have you ever seen a metal drummer? They literally wear nothing but backwards black fitted hats. Navy would be breaking some new ground for them.
How can you market a blank hat? You'd look on the field and around the stands and it would just look like the Indians got a shipment of 200,000 hats that were supposed to have the C on them and they had to think of some way to play it off. Where does the blank hat idea even come from? I played baseball for 12 years and never remember seeing a single team or player wearing a blank hat. Don't even bring up the Browns on this point. You can't compare the two. The Browns may not have a logo on their helmet, but the stripes and bright orange make it unmistakably Cleveland Browns. Indians would just have a New Era blank.
Serious question...are you George Costanza?
